Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their FieldProof account at any time by contacting us via email.
Send your request to:
contact@ypa.groupPlease include:
- Your full name
- Your company name
- The email associated with your account
We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
- Your user account and login credentials
- Your personal profile information
- App-specific preferences and settings
What may be retained:
Certain operational records (such as vehicle inspection logs, route completion records, and compliance data) may be retained by your employer's organization for regulatory and compliance purposes, even after your individual account is deleted. This retention is managed by your employer in accordance with applicable law and their own record-keeping requirements.
De-identified or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may also be retained.
Note: If your account was created by your employer, we recommend notifying your employer before requesting deletion, as it may affect their operational records and reporting.
